Product Description

GBYK145 gearbox is a cylindrical bevel gear two-speed transmission device, its input shaft is perpendicular to the output shaft, the input stage is a spiral bevel gear, and the final stage is a cylindrical bevel gear. The motor is directly connected to the flange on gearbox, and the input is hollow shaft. It is installed via hoisting or torque arm , the output end is a hollow shaft or a solid shaft. If the motor is not directly connected, the GBYK145 gearbox can be input with a solid shaft.

1. Two-speed gearshift and a neutral position, recommended reduction ratio: 34.94,71.63

2. Cylinder bevel gear transmission. Allowed output torque: 1100 Nm

3.Input speed is not more than 1500RPM, recommended motor power:5.5KW

4. Motor flange connection at input shaft, hollow shaft output, and may also be solid shaft output

5. The foot mounting, the hoisting and torque pin installation are alternative

6. It can be obtained smaller speed ratio by adjusting gear parameters
