Product Description

The XDJ series single screw extruder gearbox is ‌compatible with‌ compound or single extruders. It is a ‌precision‌, ‌heavy-duty‌ gearbox ‌featuring hardened gear teeth‌.

The input shaft ‌is coupled to‌ the motor shaft ‌via‌ an elastic coupling. ‌Powered by‌ the motor, ‌speed reduction is achieved through‌ parallel shaft gears. ‌The output shaft (a hollow shaft)‌ transmits ‌the‌ output rotational speed ‌to the screw‌. ‌This drive is accomplished through‌ a pair of gears ‌and‌ ‌the splined connection‌ ‌of the hollow shaft to the screw‌, ‌enabling‌ the entire feeding and extruding process.

The gears ‌within‌ the gearbox are ‌involute helical gears‌. All gear materials ‌are made from‌ high-strength carburizing alloy steel. ‌Following carburizing, quenching, and grinding‌, the gears ‌exhibit‌ high precision, ‌load capacity‌, low noise, high stability, and high reliability.
